Head of Marketing at Good Club
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across the organisation. We’re on a mission to help everyone live more sustainably and we need your help to build the next generation of supermarket.
We’re growing fast, with thousands of highly engaged customers who love what we’re doing. They receive monthly deliveries of zero waste groceries to their door and all are doing their bit to protect the environment. We have a huge opportunity to connect with them and support them on that journey, as well as spread the word to the millions of potential customers who haven’t yet discovered Good Club. We’re going up against old-fashioned, traditional supermarket behemoths - we’re the David against Goliath and that opens up a whole world of potential!
You’ll lead a small Marketing team as one of three people and grow the team from there, reporting directly to our CEO. We’re interested in speaking to a range of candidates, both Head of Marketing candidates and senior CMO candidates.
You should apply if:
What we’re doing at Good Club excites you and you want to be a part of shaping the future of groceries
You have 5-15 years of experience leading innovative marketing teams
You love to manage and grow the people in your team
You have experience in either high growth startups or the grocery industry
You like to balance brand and performance to create a marketing engine that really works
You’re still excited about getting hands on. You’ll be joining a small, scrappy team and will need to execute.
What you’ll be doing:
Setting out marketing strategy across the company, including goals, KPIs and frameworks
Working with your counterparts in Product and Engineering to prioritise efforts to achieve the company’s goals
Managing, coaching and developing marketing team members, as well as hiring to expand the team
Reporting on results to the CEO, Board and investors where relevant
Jumping in to help on day-to-day execution when needed. There’s a lot to do!
Setting the vision for the future of Good Club’s brand, mission and work together with the rest of the management team
