If you've received a delivery but something is missing, there are a few scenarios...

  •  The item(s) might have been unavailable when your order was packed for despatch. Please check your emails (including spam and junk) for a message from us about this. We'll have refunded you ahead of despatch in this case too.
  • The rest of your order may be on its way.  If you've not received a message from us, email help@goodclub.co.uk and share your order number, we'll be able to check if another delivery is due.
  • Or maybe something went wrong - we'll be able to check if an item was missed, and process a refund for you if that happens. Please send us an email with your order details and the item(s) you're missing so we can check this.
