We are trying to provide really keen pricing and part of this is done by supplying "just in time" from one wholesaler. This can mean that some items are out of stock. In time we will look to reduce the instance of this happening through better stocking systems, the offer of substitutes or the offer to delay orders being dispatched until the full order is assembled. We are a new service and working hard to develop this functionality, but we appreciate it is very frustrating when a staple does not arrive. Please accept our apologies.
Refunds when this happens
When this happens you will not be charged. The system requests permission when you place your order for the full amount, but it will only take payment for the items we deliver. If you have been charged, you'll be refunded very quickly.
